◆ Our high efficient slitting machine equipped with tungsten blade can slit oriented electrical steel coils (almost burr free) for wound core processing.
◆ Our automatic silicon steel core cutting lines are capable of cutting accurately to various shapes for single lamination general core:such as outer linbs, central limb, off-center central limb and for step lap core:such as longitudinal yokes, cross yokes with fast delivery.
◆ Step lap cores manufactured by our company are suitable for arge and small capacity single phase, three phases, core form and shell form, oil immersed, dry type, cast resin molded distribution transformers, and such as pole type, pad mounted and underground transformers.
◆ The joint position of stap-lap stack core which we produce can be manufactured according to the customers' requirment.
